The city is great and the people are great but the police sucks only because they harass people they wait outside the chapel ridge apartment complex and wait for their prey meaning you and me and if you are license driver your good you'l get a ticket but if your not good luck they love to just wait for anybody to pass by and they will start tailing them they will come up with anykind of exuse to stop you like the famous hey the reason why I stop you is because your tail light is not working have you heard that before?,or your license plate light is not working,or they will say the reason why i stop u is because we got call saying that a vehicle similar to yours got involve in a hit and run.Me personally got stop by them three times so yea i know what iam talking about so everybody who are traveling through the city of Bethel heights license or not be aware of the police here because they will stop you in anyway they can i dont know why they park outside the apartment complex most of the time but the people live in these apartments are mostly islanders and asian refugees so the race card is definitely involve here.I ask the officer that stop me the third time , why he followed me? and he said he did not follow me so i said yes you did i saw you park back there when i pass you by you started tailing me so his respond was its my job iam just doing my job.So I quess his job was to wait for me and tailing me until i made a mistake and then he stop me. He said the reason why he stop me is because i made an improper lane change WoW anyway beaware of the police in the city of bethel heights arkansas
