Day Service For Seniors Helps Seniors Remain in the Community by Maintaining or Improving Their Level of Functioning. Offers Participants the Opportunity to Socialize & Enjoy Peer Support in a Stimulating & Supportive Environment that Promotes Better Mental & Physical Health. Provides Assistance to Families & Others Caring for Older Adults Who Cannot Be Left Alone During the Day but Do Not Require 24-hour Nursing Care. Homecare for Seniors CFS Homecare Helps Elderly & Other Physically Challenged People to Continue Living in Their Homes Rather Than Having to Enter Long-term Care. Our Staff Provides In-home Non-nursing Care (2 Hour Per-visit Minimum). CFS Homecare is Available in the Following Counties: *Barry *Berrien *Branch *Calhoun *Cass *Kalamazoo *St. Joseph *Van Buren Costs May Be Covered by the Medicaid MI Choice Program, Some Long-term Insurance Plans, or Veteran's Administration Benefits. A Fee for Service Schedule is Also Available. The Link Crisis Intervention Center CFS Offers 24-hour a Day Crisis Intervention Services that Include a 14 Bad Residential Shelter for Children Ages 9-17 Who are Homeless, or Who Have No Place to Go Due to Abuse, Neglect, or Behavioral Problems. The Children Can Stay for Up to 14 Days. Families are Offered Crisis Intervention Service Such As Family Therapy, Outreach Counseling, & Case Management Services. West Michigan Guardianship
