- General Info
- I am a psychiatrist who specializes in treating women and adolescent girls facing a variety of challenges. My approach to treatment is focused on identifying and reinforcing individual and family values and capabilities. I believe that treatment is most effective, and recovery most durable, when existing individual and family strengths can be reinforced. Healing is made more sustainable when systems of support can be mobilized to reduce or eliminate obstacles for effective functioning at work, at home, and at play. My approach is solutions-oriented and focuses on helping my patients to reclaim their best selves. I have been practicing psychiatry for over 35 years. During my clinical experience I have worked with patients dealing with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I primarily focus on serving women and girls with anxiety and depression. Please visit my website to learn more about my practice and the services I offer. Unfortunately, at this time I do not see patients who seek only medication management. If you are interested in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) please call Elisabeth Rehn, LICSW at (425) 454-1199 x105.
