Gregory, A former Prosecuting Attorney, Jeff has extensive trial & courtroom experience, understands the complexities associated with the areas of family & criminal law. Jeff is skilled in family law negotiations & child support modifications; he has experience & insight on navigating the WA State agencies that interact with the family law system. Jeff began his legal career in 2000 with the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. For the first five years, Jeff served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney rotating through the district court, juvenile, felony narcotics, and post-sentencing units of the Criminal Division. Through this experience Jeff gained thousands of hours of direct courtroom & trial experience prosecuting a range of felony and misdemeanor crimes. In 2006 Jeff began to work in the Family Support Division of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. During his time as a Family Support Prosecutor Jeff was able to develop not just an in-depth knowledge of family law but also a love & sincere appreciation for the challenges, the required dedication, and the difficulties that surround this area of law. Jeff also had an opportunity to see the law from a very unique position seeing all sides of family law issues including involvement from WA state agencies such as the WA Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) & WA Division of Child Support. Through his years of experience in the courtroom working with the public on very challenging issues, Jeff developed the legal tools necessary to effectively, professionally & fervently represent his clients. Jeff brings this insight, skill & dedication to each client relationship. In 2008 Jeff was an Adjunct Professor of Family Law for Central Washington University.
