Tiny is horrible, she constantly complains about having to answer the phones and anything having to do with her job, I cringe when I have to call for a refill!!!! These people must not care about their business because they are rude to everyone!! Mark is fine, Tiny is a real piece of work. I'm taking my business elsewhere, my natural path wont even send refills there anymore!
