Stay away from this location. They charge silly fees for not using you debit card enough. Extremely long waits with horribly rude managers. They told me to come in because of a problem with my account. The young manager rolled her eyes at me and asked me if i even had a job. I was undone ����

Had another account with TCF that I had to close because my identity was stolen n someone thru paypal tried to with drawl $1600 from it. The account has been closed for more than a year now. Someone refunded $1.00 for something months after it had been closed in I called about it n they told me that sometimes when account are closed deposits can be forced thru, but with drawls can not. Time passed, the dollar remained n recently had an issue with this bank for them once again taking something that was not theres to take so on this account they took the dollar n put a $9.95 charge on there that they are calling a monthly maintenance fee on an account that has been closed for more than a year. Why are these people getting away with things like this? I cant say it enough. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. Go to DFCU. They dont do anything with your accounts with out callin n talking to you first. I love dfcu. Had a hectic month once n my checking was getting low. They called me and asked me if I would like them to transfer funds from my savings so I didnt overdraft, how cool is that. Now thats a real bank looking out for YOUR best interests. The people @ this particular location of TCF are pretty nice, its everything thru the mail from the main branch that I have a problem with
