See all those 5 star reviews? Is it possible that a computer repair shop would have a 100% rating? That's like a used car dealing having 5 stars.



No, if you search around you'll find the same happy cheery reviews - which is impossible for such a shoddy store to have.



Have you see it? It is so small and insignificant you have to drive down the block a few times because you'll miss it.



Go inside. The same tired signs have been up for years.



How do they stay in business? By ripping you off, offering you next to nothing for your used stuff, telling you it is broken, then reselling it for hideous profits - all without testing it. Then they deny repair work under the guise "Did the customer do it?"



Go to ENU or any of the other REAL computer stores nearby and you'll see what a real computer store should look like.



If you think about going to Computer Renaissance you should have your head examined.



The reputation is horrible, the store is owned by someone old enough to be my great-grandfather, and, the tech is so incompetent he needs directions to tie his shoes.



Run away. Don't trust them with your documents, photos, or emails. You never know on what website they will appear.

After calling around to get repair quotes, Computer Renaissance had the best. I was also impressed at the turn around time and how knowledgeable the technicians are.
