I like my braids and I like that they walk insurance as well. I highly recommend supporting this local business, it's worth it.

These people are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. After showing them a picture and explaining to them how I wanted my hair done, it still was not what I asked for. I was there at least 10 long hours because my hair had to be re-done to come close to what I had asked for. Nobody apologized for getting it wrong or for the inconvenience of me having to stay several hours longer. My head, neck and back went through the worst HELL ever. THERE WAS NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL. THEY COULD CARE LESS, SO GET YOUR HAIR DONE THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK, BUT MAKE SURE YOU WATCH VERY CLOSELY. I had nothing to eat or drink because I had no family to bring me anything. They took a break to eat pizza and drink. I was not offered a crumb. HEARTLESS PEOPLE!!! Believe me, they took the whole $160 dollars with no problem. I THINK I HANDLED IT VERY HUMBLY, SOME PEOPLE WOULD NOT HAVE, I KNOW MY GOD SITS HIGH AND LOOKS LOW.

I will agree to the other comments as to being late, also everyone there shouldn't be in people's hair. The reason for the 3 stars is because I only let Alberta aka Abby do my braids. She's very professional, sweet, and knows her hair. If u ask me she should be the owner instead of the owners sister. She's in charge of the shop when her sister isn't there. also if I had to rate Alberta by herself it would be 5 stars. Also I'm going very soon to let her braid and style my hair for spring... I highly recommend Alberta... if she's not there come back when she's available.

I paid $180 for some block braids for my daughter- back to school. When I got there the shop was hot, A/C broken. My daughter was in the chair for 10hours, they had 3 people working on her hair. In the middle by the top her hair was come out. The shop put her hair in a ponytail to try to cover up the bad braiding. The very next day after my daughter got her hair done, her rubber band broke. I was able to see how bad her hair was. Her braids was all different length, her hair was coming out, and the ends was coming apart. I rate the shop "0". I took my daughter back to get it fix, but worst. They will not give me my money back. She said take her to court. I will!
