I took my car to this location to have my bearings done on the front right wheel. A few months later my bearings went up again! I took it in thinking it was the opposite side, nope same side! They tried to charge me! I said it is the same side you repaired less than 10k miles ago! Smiling oh sorry we will not charge you, must have been faulty bearings. Now less than 15k miles later again I took it to a new mechanic (the old one who smiled all the time ���� was fired and is now in trouble with the law for alleged breaking and entering of a business!). New mechanic tells me right side bearings were improperly installed by last technician. The bearings destroyed my wheel hub causing failure of said NEW bearings. I asked him to keep the bearings so I had the parts for proof. THEY DISINTEGRATED when he took them out! The wheel hub has huge scars in the metal like rolling steel BB's around in clay. ���� I wish I could show a picture on here! I had to pay $445 to replace the NEW bearings and the wheel hub to my 2007 with less than 125k on odometer! My left bearings have lasted 124,338 miles. My right bearings lasted 100k then 10k then 14k! My left hub is fine. My right wheel hub had to be completely replaced. Oh and no one makes an aftermarket wheel hub for my model car. I had to buy the OEM part from a dealership and OEM bearings! No way was I taking chances with aftermarket parts this time. ���� I am not slandering or saying anything bad about this company. I am just saying if it were me I would never go there! Smiles are nice and all, but not to the tune of $448+$200+ 6 weeks without a car when averaged over all three repairs.

While driving from Bay City, MI back to Saginaw, MI, I heard a noise and pulled into Muffler Man after hours. I discovered I had a flat tire on my truck and I attempted to take one bolt off and I had pain in my back and I fell to the ground. Then Michael, a manager at Muffler Man came out and said he would assist me. Michael pulled down the spare tire from my truck, jacked up my rear end, took off the flat tire, put on the spare tire, let the truck down and put my flat tire in the back of my truck. As a disabled veteran this would have been a tough task to complete alone. I am so grateful for Michael taking time out of his busy schedule to assist me. As a manager this speaks great measures about you and your business and I would like to thank you for your help and may God bless you.

I will never take my car here for anything ever again. When in there this past Wednesday to have an inspection done see what all needed to be fixed on my car. They quoted me $668 261 inner tie rod one outer tie rod both wheel bearings... they told me my car was completely unsafe to drive. I then decided I was going to take it to George's Auto Repair to see if I can get a better deal there was absolutely nothing wrong with my wheel bearings or my tie rods... I hate places like that they try to take advantage of women. Never again
