This is easily the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. With all of the dangers Louisiana faces, it is imperative to protect your property with the best insurance available. Louisiana Gulf Insurance Agency is the best in every category I can imagine, including price and efficiency. Numerous contractors setup appointments but didn't show. Others came but never sent a quote/estimate. Supplies weren't delivered on time. Almost every conceivable problem that could occur did occur. Through it all, this insurance agency were the only reliable people on my side. Thankfully I eventually discovered reliable contractors, suppliers, etc. also. They are all blessings. However, Louisiana Gulf Insurance Agency are there beforehand, during, and are still available, able, and willing to support me and my property through everything Louisiana's crazy climate can throw my way.

Agents answer phone calls & say they are Too Busy at the moment to help U with Anything but taking a payment & say they will call U back. Days go by & U still don't receive a callback. When U call them back they haven't even looked into what U requested from them. I Changed companies.
