I contracted with O’Leary Concrete (Kevin O’Leary) for a new concrete driveway.  The driveway was installed on 8/26/13 & the contract guaranteed his work for one year.



In March 2014, my driveway was pitted and crumbling.  I contacted Kevin O’Leary and he agreed that it needed to be fixed.  Kevin contracted to have the pitting and crumbling ground down to the aggregate and had the driveway sealed with color.  I agreed to this fix because Kevin assured me that it would fix the problem.  It did not.



In March 2015 after the winter weather, my driveway was once again pitted and crumbling.  I contacted Kevin O’Leary & he inspected the driveway.  Kevin agreed that my driveway should not have deteriorated like that and needed replacing.  He gave me a replacement date of 8/17/15.  "I am a man of my word" he said.  He stated that the delay until 8/17/15 was so that he could make some money before this expense.  I said OK.



On 6/4/15, I received a text message from Kevin O’Leary telling me that he could do nothing more about my driveway.  When I called Kevin to see what happened to the replacement date of 8/17/15, he just kept repeating “I am done with you and your driveway.”  Kevin said that the specs for the concrete used were within industry standards, and I was well past the warranty of one year.



I firmly believe that the “fix” in March 2014 was to get me past the one year warranty.
