Rude customer service. Called to ask about Mickey mouse boots and if they had my size in stock. Woman I spoke with made it sound like it was a hassle to check but she did. They had my size in stock but when I asked her to hold them for me till next Saturday cause I live in madison she responded with "you want me to hold them for a week" and then gave a big sigh and said "are you sure it's the right size" long and short is she can keep her boots totally turned me off to making the trip to buy them. I guess she must have enough customers in Baraboo to keep her going, I know they won't be getting my business.
