Funeral was prepaid months before death, Victor Just don't realize how death cert are needed ASAP for everything. Nothing like leaving 10 messages a day not to get a return call for days.Nothing like dealing with a loss then head games trying to get things done without death cert. 2 weeks to get them.Feel bad for people handling things from out of town only here for a limited time. His parents were the best at doing things ASAP. Seems like his gym in Annapolis is more important to him.As a person he is good, as a funeral director running the most important business to families not too good at all. Once everything is over and the check is cashed he falls off the face of the earth when you need him the most. SHAME

Service was fine, but never contacted me regarding the death certificate. Called at least 20 times, and left messages every time, and never received a returned call. Almost one year later, no call..no certificate.
