Never use this company. I reserved a limo for our wedding over a month in advance and due to a change in plans, I had to cancel, less than 24 hours later. I was told that my $100 deposit was non-refundable. No mention of a non-refundable deposit on the website or with Ray, the man who took my credit card number. They still refuse and now I have to take this to court.

Never use this company. I reserved a limo for our wedding over a month in advance and due to a change in plans, I had to cancel, less than 24 hours later. NEVER use this company!!! We had the owner as a driver and had him reserved for a 5 hour period but 2 hours into it 5 different people tried to call him to pick us up and left voicemails and text messages but no one could reach him for over half an hour. Finally he answered and came to pick us up. When we confronted him about being owed almost 45 minutes he began arguing with us for 20 minutes and dumped us off in the middle of downtown with all our belongings and drove off. We still had the limo reserved for another 3 hours and we were charged full price. Currently disputing the credit card charges, hopefully we won't wind up getting ROBBED of over $300 of time we had left.
