DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
OMG Clarisse should not be qualified to answer the phone at any location especially in a customer service environment. Paze Heating and Air is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Clarisse is very RUDE and unprofessional. I got referred to them through my warranty company and although the technician was a pleasure to work with ...CLARISSE IS NOT!!!
I was given a 5 hr window for an appointment and couldn't remain home. I had an adult wait for the tech. He came out and fixed the issue (which we found out ended up not being the correct issue) nonetheless he did his job. When the tech finished his initial repair he called me for payment ...it's only $60 since I am under warranty. I asked to pay for the service online or by phone due to the fact that I was not at home...then CLARISSE called. I thought she was going to take payment over the phone instead she cursed me out for not being home and accused me of not wanting to pay my co-pay. I was in complete and utter shock! I called my warranty company and told them what happened and asked them to take payment however they could not. I then made arrangement with the tech (since he called me prior) to pay him the copay the next day and I met him and paid in cash.
Since the AC was misdiagnosed and my issue still remained I called back my warranty company and told them of the continued problem. Unfortunately since PAZE Heating and Air was the initial company to come out they stated that they had to return.

Well CLARISSE called me to set up the appointment. We spoke for a few and I could tell she didn't remember her encounter with me. However when she said "is this a new claim?" and I responded with "no this is actually a reclaim on a prior claim" she said "wait a minute...oh you're the woman who don't like paying her bills!!!" WHAT? WHAT? WHHHAAAAAT???? She then cursed me out and hung up.!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
