Came for oil change and tire rotation. Also checked to see if a recall letter could be taken care of, re possible cooling system leak. Was taken care of: no leaks. Was at dealership for about 30-45 minutes.

We have previously purchased a Cadillac and a Saturn Outlook from Mayse and its salesman Shane Davis. Recently we decided to trade the Saturn for a newer SUV. Before driving 90 minutes from Bella Vista to Mayse, I decided to try a local dealership. What I experienced was: "I have the perfect car for you!" and "I want to be your car man!" Not the kind of experience I had hoped for. I left and drove to Mayse where we met Shane again. We found the car we wanted, the price we agreed on was reasonable, and we bought our 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. No exaggerated salesmanship, no hassle looking at cars we didn't want; just an easy way to buy the car we chose. After our third purchase there, Mayse is our preferred dealership and Shane is our "car man".

I purchased a red 2014 Taho on 9/25/2014. I originally started my search with Steve Shively who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
