General Info

We are a family owned and operated business with decades of experience. Our jobs range from simple remodels, to building custom homes. We endeavor to help our clients from design to follow up after construction is complete. Terry and Linnea Miller have been married for over 11 years and have four beautiful children that are our main focus. Our core values are that our Christian values and children must come first in our lives. We are a very active family, as you can imagine with four small children and try to enjoy the outdoors and mountains as much as possible for recreation. Our work has ranged from simple remodels to large commercial projects. While our main focus is on basements and home renovations, we have completed multiple custom homes, commercial projects and churches. Our Values Statement: We must treat all we keep in contact with honesty, values, integrity, and excellence. We want our clients to be left with a job that will inspire loyalty to us for future projects as well as to refer us to future clients. We believe we are under obligation to the customers we serve. Obligation to provide the highest level of quality and service. We must complete each project in a timely fashion, and treat each job site with respect. Our sub-contractors must have an opportunity to make a fair profit.

In order to help our clients feel at ease, we have developed the 4 Step Construction Process. Step 1: Free Job Analysis, Improving your home is a very exciting time, but it also brings many concerns. How much will it cost? How long will it take? How can we find someone we can trust? On our first visit we try to answer any questions you may have about what to expect, and get an idea of what your looking for. Step 2: Design, Budget, and Time Frame, On our second visit, we will have a final rendition of your project to discuss. As you review your 3D rendition, we will also have your budget and time frame ready for you to make your final decision. Step 3: Construction, We begin the construction process with a pre-construction walk through. We are able to thoroughly review your project and to ensure you know what to expect. At all times during your project, we are available for questions and concerns. Step 4: Post Construction Follow Up, Once the construction process is finished, we will do a complete walk through, addressing any touch ups that may need to be completed. Enjoy your new addition!
