My brother and I talked with the manager, Mike Lenses on three different occasions about four weeks ago about my brother going in. He told as my brother was a displaced we senior that he he saw no problem and could probably could get him in within a couple of weeks. After two weeks we have both called and left messages for him to please call us whether it was good news or bad, but to please let us know one way or the other. Mr Please has never returned any of our calls or answered his phone. Very disappointed in in non professional actions.Sharon

My mother lived at Roncalli Apartments 144 state st. 1/1/2010 till she pasted 11/4/2014. Her rent was always paid on time. This review date is 12/18/14 as yet the security deposit she paid has not been returned to her estate eventhough the manager has admited that there is no reason for it not to have been returned. this is a violation of State Law. Roncalli Apartments are owned by the Cathilic Diocees I feel that it is very unfortunate that this housing company chooses to profit by stealing from the elderly and their estates!
