Based in Brunswick, Ga., Aging Excellence is a nonmedical elder care service that provides services to assist individuals and communities in aging successfully. The services and products provide physical, social or personal value to maximize functional independence and socialization. Some of the nonmedical services that provide solutions to the challenging family needs include professional geriatric care managers, handyman/chore services, social companion/homemaking, personal care services, transportation services, wellness program and telephone reassurances. Aging Excellence also serves the areas of Bangor, Maine; Lewiston, Idaho; Portland, Ore; Saco, Maine and Kennebunk, Maine. Aging Excellence members are the National Council of the Aging, National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and Board of Maine Senior Games.
