I am not a client, nor will I ever become a client. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I called for information on euthanizing my 10 year old Akita who has had diarrhea off and on for 3 weeks. I have been unemployed for 7 months and my dog is miserable. This office's staff had the nerve to tell me this would be considered a euthanasia of convenience, and the "good" Dr. Beall does not do that. She also doesn't donate her services to people/pets in need. Rude. Inconsiderate. Hurtful. That is the only way I can describe the staff at this so called clinic.
