We have been in the appraisal business for the past 12 years, specializing in both commercial and residential appraisal assignments. Fulton County Home Appraiser, is a professional organization built around providing our clients with comprehensive and personalized services. Services offered by our firm are not just completed appraisal reports, or appraisal reviews, but encompass all aspects of the valuation process to include receiving the work assignment; undertaking the assignment in an expeditious manner, thoroughly researching any problems, producing a quality report with full documentation and conclusions, and being available for questions which may arise after delivering the report. To serve our clients, the firm maintains an experienced staff of skilled professional appraisers. Traditional methodology is practiced. In addition, continuous educational activities are participated in to provide modern and progressive thinking within the organization. The firm is large enough to be more responsive to each of our client’s needs.
