I want to let the citizens of asheville know of the bad expreience I had with this law firm, I employed David Budd to represent me in a DWI first offence charge.He misled me to plead guilty. I was not.There was no breath test. I was taken to the hospital due to chest pains.The lab report they furnished was not indictive of impairment. The state did not really have a case.I think he was unethicly currying favor with the DA, at my expense. I have since filed a complaint with the N.C. Bar.and the BBB of North Carolina. I am a retired Army Veteran on a fixed income,and I cannot afford to throw money away.Mr. Budd acted with the aloof attitude that he was accountable to no one, least of all me.
