I got two tires and a brake inspection three weeks ago. I asked the tech to put the two new tires on the front. He put them on the back, which is not what I asked or what he agreed to do. After the front desk guy managed to convince me that this was proper. I was uneasy that the tech didn't do what I asked. I also wanted the front tires rotated. I asked the guy out front to remind the tech of this. I never saw him even touch the front tires. I also was supposed to have a brake inspection. After the tech pulled my car out of the bay. I said "what about the brakes"? His response was "what about them". I said " I asked for a brake inspection" He replied " they are fine". I said" what about the lines? His reply " they are fine, why what is your concern?" My reply, " wanted to make sure they weren't rusty. His reply, " no no they are fine". Needless to say three weeks later I blew a brake line that was rusty as hell. Your tech endangered my life because he was too lazy to do his JOB!

I have been dealing with Mark for over 10 years since before he opened his repair facility and only sold tires from across the street. He has always been fair, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to provide good service. All my family vehicles have been serviced by Mark and his team over the last decade. My daughter even comes back from school in Boston to have Mark service her car, which she bought from Mark last year. She has confidence that his team will do the service right. Another daughter is in the market for a car and she is looking at a car that Mark has available. When we have an auto need our first thought is Paulin's Auto. TC -Kennebunk
