Dr. Hamplet ONG does a quality job, accepts most HMO - that is the reason I see him. I would like the office equipment (like computerized instead of the old fashion film X-Ray), machine to be updated, and the billing/admin staff to be more cooperative. They should not bill for services in advance, but only for services rendered. This would save a lot of back and forth, headache dealing with the HSA/medical flexible spending reimbursement people and the dentist office.
