For this company to be in business for 50 years and with two complaints I say their doing pretty darn good

I was on yellow pages looking for a number to call to make this business aware that one of their trucks is not compliant with federal regulations. The truck's mud flap is too short, and I now have two large chips in my windshield. It also seems as though I'm not the first to encounter this issue. When I called the business it was apparent they couldn't care less. I didn't even receive a "sorry". I come from a family business of trucking and this kind of attitude would be completely unacceptable.

I highly recommend to avoid this company. I was driving home and one of their trucks was throwing a large number of rocks out of the top of the vehicle on the highway. When I called to try and report this, as one had jumped up and scratched my windshield and knew this couldn't be safe for other drivers, I was hung up on. I tried to call back, assuming it was a mistake, and was hung up on again. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. I understand not wanting to take fault, but the immaturity of the woman answering the phone, which I actually believe to be the owner, was unbelievable. I cannot imagine them doing good business with an experience like this.
