I would not advise going here. 3 seperate appointments. 1st appt.- at 5:00pm - seen at 6:45pm. 2nd appt - 8:00am (got the fist appt so there would not be a wait since I had to go to work) - Dr walked into the OFFICE at 8:40 - and into my room at 8:50am. 3rd appt - at 4:00pm. At 5:15pm asked when we were possibly going to be seen since had to be somewhere at 6:00pm. Was told by reception that they generally tell people to expect to be there 1.5 to 2 hours. REALLY? Finally seen at 5:30pm. 1st - How unprofessional is it to tell people you can make an appointment but we run 1.5 to 2 hours behind on average. This is not acceptable - especially for a $40 copayment. 2nd - I timed it - In all 3 appts. the Dr was in the room a TOTAL of 16 minutes (16 \ 3 = 5.3 minutes on average). So my total time I spend in that office for 3 visits was 4.08 hours. 3rd - The only reason I gave this 1 star was there was one lady who was very nice there. That's about it. This place is horrible and will never go there again. I will let my eye rot out before steping foot in there.

Took my child there for her first eye exam, they ended up doing all these exhaustive exams beyond what was needed for kindergarten registration. It was crowded and took 3 hours for a simple eye exam! Then to add insult to injury I was billed for additional services that were not part of the covered standard eye exam. I DID NOT ask for these extra tests!!!
