Excellent service, my loan was able to close within 21 days and I was able to move into my house earlier than expected

Everyone works fast but they also have a lot of errors. So you often find yourself double checking all their work. They don't like explaining things to the customer, assuming that you should know all this stuff already, because you are buying a house. you should know the procedures.



The mortgage lender they find you have the lowest interest rate, however they are not the best. Because they ask you for a lot of documents and requirements that sometimes can restrict you from even getting the loan, also not everyone can provide all the documents. So be prepare to have a steady job for at least 3 years and still down pay your house more than 50% to even get the low interest. .



lastly, with this company confirming your stuff and asking question is not a very good idea. i guess they are all so busy with other stuff, so not everyone is patient enough to walk you through things. so prepare your knowledge of getting a loan and calculating your own money, because this company will NOT help you. Also they hate repeating themselves and explaining things over.



if i had to re-do everything. I would rather go straight to different banks and NEVER go through this agency.



ps - my real estate agent recommended them to us. so i trusted her, which is a bad move, because i should of taken the time to do my own research on loans. don't trust your real estate agents so easily.
