I can't agree with the other reviews except for one. I think that service is good, you pull in and walk into the shop and ask them to fill some tanks and they come out and fill them. It's not the 60's where the Texaco man would come out to the car you have to put in a little effort and walk in and say Hi, simple as that. 🤔🤭👍

Pretty much have to agree with the other one star reviews. There is no customer service to speak of. Do not expect anyone to return your phone call. Get the same answer any time that I have called "owner is on a big job and has no time to return calls".

I agree with the other reviews. It took them so long to respond to my needs, I ran out of gas and it took days to get them out. My son and I had to bathe with boiled water until they decided to repond to my 3rd request for them to come out. My intial request was iin August, they came in October. Needless to say, that leaves me with a huge bill to pay at once. If i were the owner of the property, I'd look into another company. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Terrible customer service. I had called two weeks ago, and the receptionist stated the owner will call the following week....that was two weeks ago! Called again, and, again, the receptionist stated the owner will call next week! I explained to her that he was suppose to call me back two weeks ago, and if I did not hear from him, I would find someone else. She replied she will inform the owner of my request, and ended the conversation. She was nice, but she did not seem concerned that I was upset or cared if I went to someone else. She was pretty nonchalant about it. Oh well...I guess they are doing good with business, so I will go and find another local service.

As far as the reviews posted the company does not have a half retired owner Apopka Bottle gas has a working owner he is not only the owner but he is also the service man for the company. He has just hired all new staff including office staff and I encourage old customers that had a bad taste left in their mouth by the previous employees of the company to give Apopka Bottle Gas another shot.

Difficult to reach. Don't return calls, generally terrible service. Locked into a lease and suffering threw it !!!

Owner is a nice enough guy, but NO ONE can or will do anything without him.

And he is 1/2 retired.

I have found this business to be very courteous as well as reliable over the many years in having been a customer! I was even informed once that the bottle I was filling by them (which was a refill bottle from "trade-out" at local store) was full of air that they removed before adding my propane gas. They also have many items of intrest for the barbecue enthusiast! GM.

We just moved to the area and are in the process of transferring the utilities. This company is difficult to get hold of, they do not return calls in a timely manner, and so far have not kept an appointment they've scheduled.
