this salon allows you to make an appointment with a particular hair stylist and color specialist, BUT the reality is that you are really attended to by anyone on " the team"... My haircolor and haircut was done well by Renee in the past , but i was turned over to an assistant for the critical application of my hair color. the assistant did not make the fine rows in my hair for precise application. Renee was busy consulting with a bride during the appointment time slot i assumed she had with me!!! I really did not think the color was bad until people pointed out the fact that they could see a lack of color coverage on the crown of my head....you could see the line where the gray was! this is the whole reason i do not do my hair myself and i am willing to pay for a good coverage. the real reason i am writing this review is because, when i notified the owner of the salon (renee) that this had happened, i NEVER HEARD ONE WORD BACK.

all i was suggesting in the email was that she use assistants ONLY for the non-critical parts of the process like the shampooing and drying....i doubt my family will be returning....

I found Renee over a year ago, She knows exactly what will look good on me, listens to what I want. And the results have always been better than what I expected. She is wonderful at what she does. I made the mistake of going to another salon when I could not get an appointment with her, the result of going elsewhere was a complete disaster. I will never let anyone else cut my hair again. This salon tops the top.
