Provided by YP.comWe bought the house through one of their dealers, Tru Value. When we originally bought the house we bought it for $24000 plus $4000 setup and delivery. We signed a purchase agreement and paid. Two days later they called and told us that we owed them more money $5000 to be exact), they had told us the wrong price. After days of arguing, the general manager Dallas Powers got in touch with me and told me they would honor their word. Then we set up a time for delivery. We were guaranteed delivery by the 5th of January. Keep in mind we paid for this house in November. The 5th came around and they said it would be absolutely there by the 6th. The 6th came around and they said for sure the 7th. On the 7th, they told us that morning that it was being prepared for the move. THEN, later that day when we still had not heard anything about the house we called back to them telling us that no, the delivery guys had gotten their truck stuck and would not be able to deliver it for another week. Now this week has been nice, and now next week will be so rainy they won't have a chance of getting it in there. On top of all this they just told us that they don't even have tags to deliver in Georgia. I mean seriously??? We paid them $4000 for delivery and setup THREE MONTHS AGO and we still do not have our house.
