- Dental ExaminationIf you experience bleeding or swollen gums, gums that are pulling away from your teeth, bad breath or taste, loose or changing teeth, you may have signs of gum disease. If you don’t take proper care of your teeth, smoke or chew tobacco, are pregnant, have diabetes, have crooked teeth, or take certain medications, you may have an increased risk of gum disease. Regular dental exams are important for identifying any symptoms that may develop into a problem.

- Teeth CleaningYou’re probably correct. Unfortunately, dental insurance has not evolved over the years the way medical insurance has. Although dental insurance plans vary greatly, most pay at least a portion of preventative and diagnostic care (exams and cleanings) but then typically pay a much smaller portion of any restorative work such as fillings, etc. Our insurance manager can help you approximate what your plan may or may not pay.
