THE SPRINGS is your dream wedding venue. We are excited to announce our NEW VENUE ON SITE IN 2016: MAGNOLIA MANOR. This stunning white, southern manor is unlike any other wedding venue or location. The towering oak trees leading to the beautiful white mansion will take you and your guests into an atmosphere of southern hospitality, elegance, and class. Whether you are a southern belle or a city-lover, Magnolia Manor is the key to a unique, unforgettable, and breathtaking wedding day. The double staircase and beautiful rooms on the inside along with the gorgeous outdoor design and landscaping will create the jaw-dropping, picturesque wedding you have always dreamed of. Inquire before all of our dates are booked! Along with Magnolia Manor, THE SPRINGS in Angleton also has its original, gorgeous, rustic hall that is just as breathtaking. The beautiful landscaping, towering trees, and rustic stone & wood architecture could not create a more perfect wedding day for you and your groom. Either choice of venue will leave your guests speechless, and they will always remember YOUR special day! THE SPRINGS offers the following amenities for your special day: Facilities: * Rustic & elegant architecture: wood, iron, and stone accents are naturally gorgeous--minimal décor needed * All furniture included- (2) sets of 320 chairs, (40) 60” round tables, and 10 rectangular/accent tables * Built-in catering bar and beverage bar * Two separate dressing suites with vanities, sinks, private restrooms and television * Gorgeous landscaping: minimal décor needed outdoors--green grass & foliage year-round * Indoor & outdoor audio systems provided (just plug in a device!) * Wireless microphone & lapel microphone * Built-in projector with mounted screen over the stage * Prep kitchen w/ separate service entry * Surrounded by tall and voluminous oak trees! Services: * 15 hours for your venue rental: 9 a.m. to midnight * Personal payment plans * Vendors: your choice (no permits or insurance required) or do it yourself! (exception: bartending) * Alcohol: you may bring any product of your choice (kegs, red wine, bottles- all welcome) * Unlimited site visits * Free TSE adapted online seating planner for assigned or open seating * Breakdown of all furniture & cleaning at the end of the night * Complimentary furniture set-up before your event * Excellent, caring staff to provide same-day responses via text or email * Nearby hotel accommodations with special rates for THE SPRINGS’ clients All services and amenities are included in the rental cost.
