My family and I (a party of 9) 3 minor children under the age of 10 went into this establishment at 4:00 pm on Sunday 1/22/2011 asking to be seated. We were then told that we may have about a 20 minute wait, given a device that alerts you to coming in and we had a seat in the lobby area that was freezing because no heat was going. I had my parents age 81 and age 79 with me as well. After we had waited 30 minutes, my son in law was told that if we wanted to be seated immediately that we could take 2 separate booths, we told them that we had asked to be seated for 9 and that we were not willing to separate. Waiting another 10 minutes before we were seated. After watching while we were waiting, a large party never left the premises. We were celebrating my son in laws birthday and I feel that this wait of 40 minutes almost 45 was not acceptable. I would think twice before taking a large party into this restaurant. They don't know how to serve their customers.

THEY HAVE A REALLY GREAT DEAL FOR COUPLES AND THE FOOD IS GOOD!
