Steampro came and cleaned both mine and my aunt's carpets this past week. I know they did a great job on my aunt's house because if they didn't, or had made one tiny mistake or missed a spot, I would have never heard the end of it (you know who most older ladies love to complain; my aunts and I are neighbors, by the way). Their appointment was for 9, and they showed up a little before that, which I know made my aunts happy because to them, "If you're not early, you're late!", haha! Our appointment was at 11, and I think they showed up between 10:30-10:50, so A++ for promptness! As for our house, my husband and I have four cats (just to be clear, we are not animal hoarders-- before we even started dating, he had 1 cat and I had 2, and then we rescued another this past November.) Anyway, our cats (or at least one of tem), for some reason started peeing on the carpet in our back hallway. This was a year's worth of cat pee build-up. The light blue carpet was stained yellow and had this gross, grimy feel. On top of that, we had some small stains from drinks or food spillage in the living room that I could not get out on my own, no matter how many products I used. Also, the back bedroom had a spot of hair dye that had dripped onto it. Rick and Eric got ALL these stains out, and that back hallway--oh my goodness!!! It looks BRAND NEW. I no longer have to rush around before company arrives, lighting candles, spraying air freshener and Febreze to cover up the smell. Plus it feels so plush and soft again. They absolutely went above and beyond, they even steamed my hallway runner. All at a VERY reasonable price, compared to estimates I had gotten from other companies. I plan on making a standing appointment to have the hallway regularly cleaned by SteamPro, at least until we can have hardwood floors installed. I will never use anyone but SteamPro from now on!!!
