I had 2 teeth crack as I am on a whole lot of antibiotics. Now, my first clue for how this dentist was with the sign on the door. It says something to the effect that Any complaints posted to facebook or other social media would be considered a breach of contract. This is posted on the door leading to the back work area and on same said door as your leaving to enter the waiting room.

Now, when you enter the parking lot it is extremely tiny. No turn around room. No parking spaces for handicapped vans.

The office looks like a converted strip mall space. The waiting room is tiny, dark and has the appearance of dirt on the floors and walls.

Now, the back work space your taken to is not much better. The area is cramped. So if you have a phobia of small spaces this office is not for you.

The dental asst who helped me appeared concerned about my phobia of the dentist but the dentist himself speaks almost no english. You need the asst to help translate as he appears more interested in his phone then he does in working.

He walked in looked at my x-rays an stated I needed a root canal, that the teeth where abscessed. I demanded a closer x-ray, which he did. I made sure to look at the x-ray which showed no abscess in the root system.

To which he was going to send me home only to make me come back tomorrow. At which point I left them know the apt was to have my teeth fixed. Not to just have an x-ray done to be told to come back later. He FINALLY agreed to fix the teeth. He did not care that I was shaking so hard from fear that my chest started to actually hurt from terror!

He started drilling before my teeth was even numb! When I complained of it, he stated it was only pressure. Then he over numbs it goes right back to drilling without even waiting for it to take effect. Once he was done drilling he just took off back to his phone!

The dental Asst did the work of filling my teeth. He never came back to check the work. As, I left I saw him on his phone yet again.

I came to this dentist because I had to get almost all of my teeth pulled, get a full top plate and two partials on bottom. My initial visit should have been warning enough to not come back. I was in excruciating pain due to an abscessed tooth and they did nothing at all to help resolve that. They just scheduled my surgery a month and a half later.

I got a phone call the day before my surgery and they gave me next to no information regarding what I was to expect. When I asked questions about the procedure the woman on the phone had no idea and was unable to help. When I went in for my surgery, the anesthesiologist was HORRIBLE!! He did not warn me when I was going under. He simply just put me out in the middle of my panic attack. When I woke up, they were still working on me and I was literally choking on my own blood because they were not suctioning it out of my mouth properly. They moved me into a recovery room where I tried to tell them I was in a lot of pain and they refused to believe I could be hurting. After my boyfriend demanded they help me, the doctor came in with novacaine. He missed my gums and squirted half of the shot down my throat which I started to choke on because of my mouth being so swollen from the surgery.

They put me under and pulled all of my teeth except 6, and did my stitches in only 30 minutes. They were so rushed to get to the next patient, they didn't take the time to do it right.

After going home I was back in their office around an hour later in the worst pain imaginable, because their stitches were popping undone while I was sleeping. They gave me a mild pain medication that didn't even begin to help the pain I was in. When I told them, the doctor shrugged.

If you are looking for a place where you can talk to the dentist that will be working on your precious smile don't count on this place. There is a HUGE language barrier with the dentist and you have to have the assistance of the nurses just to talk to him. He rushes you in and out to try and get to the next person and doesn't give you any reassurance if you have any dental anxiety.

When I followed up with them a week after the surgery because I was still in immense amounts of pain, he simply told me that I would have to deal with it for another FOUR WEEKS! And then asked if my insurance covered the dentures (only worried about getting his $$)

I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever! If you have to get work done, I highly suggest you find somewhere else!

Oh- and while I was in the small dirty waiting room before my appointment I saw a woman leave her appointment and come straight back in because he botched a simple filling and she had to fight to get him to see her and fix it. This place is horrible.

I had a bad toothache and I got an appointment scheduled immediately. They were exceptionally kind and fit me in even I was running late. I had my tooth pulled. Everything went very smoothly. I feel like I got great service and will definately be returning.

terrible!!!

Do yourself a favor and please don't go here. I had a root canal done in June of 2013 and have had nothing but problems. Everything from facial numbness to pain so bad I couldn't sleep. I have x rays from another dentist showing it wasn't done properly. They will not refund my money, I paid out of pocket for the procedure. I was told the supervisor, whose name and number I'm not allowed to know, wouldn't OK the refund. Sounds fishy

I will never use this dentist or EVER suggest ANYONE to use this dentist. I had been taking my daughter there since she was able to see a dentist. They had seemed very nice till we had some dental issues. First she had fallen on her front 3 teeth and damaged them. I took her in immediately and I was told not to worry about them. Then she developed 2 cavity's. Dr. Chang had suggested to fill them which was no problem he said she could have the work done there or go to a pediatric dentist since she was only 4. I decided to take her to a pediatric they referred me to one in are area. I called right away to make an appointment and thankfully I did. When we get to the pediatric dentist I come to find out their were so many other issues with her teeth the other doctor either over looked or just didn't care. First off the front teeth that I was told by Dent-Al Smile were fine were NOT. she had to get them all root canaled and they were abscessed then he also had to extract one and put a spacer in he also had to cap 2 teeth and he also found 3 more abscessed teeth This was all done within 2 visit and according to Dent-Al Smile all she need was to fillings. At 4 years old my daughter had to go through all this. We were very good about going every 6 months for cleaning and everything and now looking back all the dentist would do is come in after the cleaning and count her teeth and look with the mirror. He could of really hurt my daughter especially by not paying attention to the abscessed teeth. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!
