I was in the store a week or so before Christmas to return several Amazon packages and had a bit of a mess with the QR codes on some and labels on the others. Despite being super busy, Rohan Jain was the epitome of patience with me. He was kind and patient and maintained a calm and efficient attitude in the midst of my frazzled state. I was so GRATEFUL for the help he provided, he helped me get all my packages sent back with correct lables on each. He was absolutely wonderful and very efficient. The UPS Store should be proud to have such an amazing employee! Thank you RJ!!

Horrible customer service. If one calls you are greeted by a friendly gentleman, but when you arrive you will be met by a ruthless female employee who tried to make me pay min of $6 for a prepaid shipping label, even tried to charge for tape. The first time ive had an issue with ups. Avoid this store whenever possible.
