5 Never Again! I took my Jeep Liberty to Mr. Tire for an oil change and a front end alignment. I should preface this with the fact that I am a young woman, and look much younger than I actually am. They called me about an hour later to tell me that all of my "fluids" were low, I was leaking oil, I needed a front passenger brake, my front passenger rotor needed replaced and both of my back rotors needed replaced. I told them not to do any other work. I had never noticed a braking issue and there has never been fluid under my car, as if it had leaked. The next day took my car to my personal mechanic. He does all my work, except alignments. I later found out that all of my fluids were fine, I wasn't leaking anything, my brakes were fine and I DON'T EVEN HAVE BACK ROTORS! I believe this was a case of "let's attempt to take advantage of a young girl who doesn't know anything about cars". I will NEVER take my car back there, and they will be receiving a very strongly worded letter.
