I was at the Millcreek Rd location yesterday to buy Aleve. I found a "box" which was rather beat up but it had a $3 Off sticker on it. When I got to the cashier she said she couldn't honor the sticker. I asked to speak to a manager. As the "manager" approached the cashier said to her "This woman would like to have words with you" which would imply straight up there was a problem. The "manager" then said she couldn't take the $3 off bc there was no bar code on the sticker. I told her I did not want it in that case. She said she wouldn't be able to get the $3 back. I would guess she put the beat up box back on the shelf since she was so concerned with the $3. The $17.50 which is now probably in the "damaged merchandise" bin will most likely become a write-off - she was worried about the $3 and should end up losing the entire $17.50. I have already stopped using the deli because of bad service/experiences. I sure hope I don't have to STOP using this store all together!

This store it's the most unorganized, disrespectful, with the utmost terrible customer service. No one answers the phone when calling the store. And every time I'm in the store no one seems to want to help me. I just moved into this area, and I thought I would have a better experience because it's in a good location. But I was wrong. I came in to buy a grill, and told to come back the next day. I came back and there wasn't anyone to help me load it into my car. Finally spoke with the upper management, and they helped. The associates working there, and the manager's that are there on a daily basis seem to hate their jobs. Why can't they be fired and give those jobs to people that really want to work. I'm a wife and mother of 3, and I have MS. I can't work, my body doesn't allow me too. But I'd give anything to not have MS, and to gladly take their jobs. Where is this world headed, why are there so many lazy people with jobs? They are just collecting a paycheck, and not doing their job. But if I was one of them, working with MS I would have been fired for not being productive in the work force. But what's the difference, between me with MS and those not actually working without an illness? When will they be fired, why are they constantly given excuses like they just need to be trained more. Or that their young and they just need to learn that they can't be lazy at work. This store is terrible! Please don't shop at this location! Go to the Allentown store their much nicer, and always ready to provide excellent customer service. F.Dixon

My Local Store is Trexlertown, PA Mill Creek Rd.

We recently made the decision to scratch Walmart off our weekly shopping trips because we have been so disgusted about the number of times we’ve wasted gas going to a store with empty shelves. Why aren’t you restocking your shelves? Week after week after week I went back to get my favorite brands. Three weeks in a row – the shelves are still empty. And this is happening more and more often with different brands and different departments.

We shop for brand names and go out of our way to get a good price on those brands. But you are not reliable anymore and no longer at the top of our shopping list.

I remember being impressed by the number of cash registers you had when you opened this store too. Now I see nothing but a waste of space. Those registers are never opened, and there are hugh lines everytime I shop (weekdays after work and Sunday afternoon).

The convenience of having a grocery store and department store in one is ridiculous if your shelves are empty. We still have to go to a second store to get what we need so Walmart isn’t our “go to” store anymore.
