Bought a new, unused, PC game. Asked if it was unused just to be sure. The employee confirmed it was new, specifically pointing to the NEW printed on the price sticker. Went to register the game online and found the registration code already in use. Went back to replace the game and the employee now insists it is a pre-owned game. The employee confirms that the game in my hand is marked as new and not marked as pre-owned. But will not discuss why it it marked that way and will not help resolve the issue. I recommend going somewhere else.

This was an awesome store! The staff was helpful beyond my expectations and very knowledgeable of the games and specialized the games to my needs and wants. The only drawback was the manager of the store. He stepped in and interrupted my conversation with one of the staff and then, after lying to me about a games performance (And after i came back, he wouldn't return it!!) he tried to sell me a bunch of worthless stuff i didn't need! Luckily he went into the back for something and the nice staff told me i really didn't need it and actually suggested some items i still use to this day! It would have a perfect 5 if it wasn't for this manager.

The staff is great, I love going there except for when the manager is present. If you see a short bold guy who smells like he has not showered in days, stay away from him. Because he lies a lot, he tries to sell you stuff you dont need. Like the other day i wanted to buy a 360 but he kept trying to get me to buy a PS3. Am like im willing to give your business 400 dollars and all you have to do is give me the system and game i want but your trying to change my mind on what i should buy. Its one thing to watch out for the customer's interest but its another to try to force the customer to see your way. Aside from that the store is great, very reliable staff just a terrible manager who needs to be fired

The employees were kind and very helpful except for the owner of the store who kept hassling me about a game he was trying to sell. He smelled horrible and when I said I didn't want the game he offered me 3 others. It was very irritating.
