Good riddens to this pathetic excuse of a luxury car dealership. It was one of the worst and I am glad the family has lost its business franchise.

I have been doing business with Lazare Lincoln for over 20 years and will not shop for a vehicle anywhere else. I am glad to hear plans of the new dealership. The only complaint was the tired old buildings but when I stopped in the other day and saw what they are planning, I was thoroughly impressed!

After 4 years in the banking industry and 7 in customer service, I know when I'm being lied to, especially when it comes to finance. I was given an initial offer that magically jumped $125 over the price I told them I could afford after they ran my credit and my co-signer's credit THREE TIMES. I was advised by the "finance guy" that 3 hard hits to our credit wouldn't do anything to it. Hmmm.. wonder how long "finance guy" was been in lending...

I have now utilized their service center three times. Each visit everyone one including the chauffers who dropped me off and picked me up were courteous and friendly and extremely helpful.

I have purchased 5 vehicles over the last 8 years - 4 of them Navigators - from Lazare. Every business dealing has been fast and professional. I ended up with what I considered the best deal, even after searching other local and distant dealers, from Lazare. The service department has always been fast and efficient as well. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Lincoln or Mercury vehicle.

i called 12 times in single business day during hours of operation and never got anyone to answer the phone.
