Not helpful at all with my issue, and just aggressive in making more revenue - even from a non-tenant student like me. I was provided wrong instructions to pay a part of deposit with my application, and they did not paid me back a penny. And this decision was supported even by their holding company, Dawn Homes. I even asked them to charge me for the days they had their property off the market and give me back the remaining, but earning $1K more was more important for them to be fair. They call it "policy"! I wonder how they are going to deal with their tenants though.
