service is terrible and I was treated rudely over the phone when questioning where my checks were after not receiving them for 3 weeks! I was told that the checks were delivered "3rd class" and that I would just have to wait when in reality the bank put the wrong address on my check order and the checks were lost in the mail! Hard to contact the mangager or asst. manager of that bank ; often they are unavailable for customer service.
