DALLAS, TX (May 25, 2000) - SuperPages.com by GTE Directories Corporation has established three new strategic alliances that will promote usage, increase traffic, and provide enhanced value for its advertisers and consumers. The new SuperPages.com partners include DailyShopper.com, Bigfoot.com and Concentric Network Services. These agreements are part of an aggressive traffic-building strategy developed by SuperPages.com to increase its already substantial usage and provide more opportunities for consumers to access information from local businesses.

The alliances expand the capabilities already available on SuperPages.com to search, find and purchase individual products both globally and locally. They also provide incremental consumer traffic to SuperPages.com which already generates as many as 4.5 million visits each month via existing marketing and partnerships with AOL and others.

The alliance with DailyShopper.com, a leading online guide to local retail sales and promotions, allows visitors to conveniently access the consumer services available on SuperPages.com. From DailyShopper.com, consumers can link to SuperPages.com's City Pages and search for local merchants within 38 metropolitan areas. The reciprocal linking agreement allows consumers to make informed shopping decisions by providing a wider breadth of information about products, pricing and retail locations in the user’s local area.

By providing a link to SuperPages.com on the Bigfoot Web site, more consumers will have access to SuperPages.com and benefit from its many services.

The agreement with Concentric Network connects SuperPages.com to one of SuperPages.com’s key target markets, the small-to-medium sized business community. As a leading provider of e-business solutions for growing companies, Concentric recently launched Concentric Gateway, an online business solution center that enables visitors to fully leverage the power of the Internet through a collection of online services. Concentric Gateway customers can link to a co-branded version of SuperPages.com's Yellow Pages service, as well as sign up to advertise on SuperPages.com as a way of attracting new customers.
