Operational for more than 35 years, Pacifica Hospital of the Valley is a more than 300-bed acute care facility. Located in Sun Valley, Calif., Pacifica Hospital is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and California Department of Human Services. The hospital offers a wide variety of services, including public housing primary care, pharmacy, laboratory, individual, family and marriage counseling, group therapy, diagnostic assessment, and medication management. Its women s health services includes family planning, prepregnancy counseling, free pregnancy testing, prenatal orientation and classes, delivery and postpartum education, breast and cervical cancer screening, mammography solutions, pap smears, case management, and immunizations. Pacifica also offers acute care, chronic disease management, health education, preventive health care programs, physicals and annual examinations.
