East Valley Hospital Medical Center, also known as EVHMC, is an acute care, community health center that provides health care programs and resources to achieve and sustain healthy citizens and communities. Founded in 1958, it oversees a professional staff comprised of more than 500 employees, including physicians, nurses and volunteers. East Valley Hospital Medical Center maintains a diagnostic imaging department that offers radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and CT scan services. Its psychiatrists, psychologists, physical therapists, registered nurses, social workers and other support staff provide care services to meet the individual needs of senior citizens. The hospital also offers women s health and emergency services. It is accredited by The Joint Commission. East Valley Hospital Medical Center is located in Glendora, Calif.
