The process started out fine, but rapidly went down hill. I don't know if the guy measured wrong or the designer was the problem. But suffice to say I was left with one draw in my kitchen, not a good thing. To solve the problem i know have to install a island for the much needed draw space which means losing dining space. I've been calling my designer to arrange for the elements needed to complete the island and get a refund (approx.$990) on the cabinets I can't use. He stated he'd call me last week then left for vacation, NO i did not get a call before hand. Very poor customer service. I can't wait to end this relationship!

No stars at all!!!! We are discussed! All we've gotten is the run around. We've been lied to and told several times that someone was coming to fix several mistakes they made. They do not know what they are doing. We have a dishwasher that falls out when you open the door thanks to the granite people who never drilled the holes. We call everyone. Very poor communication and customer service! We're gonna call better business bureau next and also channel 3 and 8 news. Never had this many mistakes and so much aggravation!! Horrible place!

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered white cabinets and they installed 3 different shades of white. Their solution was to replace the doors and drawer fronts, and they still dont match. They have been back to my home 4 times. Yesterday the customer service manager emailed me to say that a photo was sent to the vendor and they thing it is "acceptable". There is nothing in my contract that indicates color variences are common, or that the vendor gets to decide what is acceptable for my home. I have been lied to and damage was done by the hack installer who overdrilled holes for the drawer fronts and hinges. Hinges have fallen off and I have discovered undersize and missing screws. I have asked for compensation - make me a deal on the mismatched cabinets so I can have a professional paint them to match. They are not willing to work with me as they think it all looks fine. Buyer beware.

I had a great experience with Express Kitchens. I really liked the creative side of the Project Manager and his patience in laying out exactly what would work for my kitchen. He was flexible but loved that he also had an "eye" for things and made great suggestions. I have recommended them to other friends now who are also enjoying getting their new kitchen. Their pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend using them. I live in the Newington and would use them again.

It was very Easy and Painless.. About a week ago I had the pleasure of doing business with Express Kitchens. All of the employees were so helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. My cabinets were all installed in a timely manner and look fabulous. I have already had so many compliments from friends and guest at my home. Needed a complete kitchen within budget. Was amazed with the variety these folks have. I got a smooth makeover and will definitely use them when need in future. Recommendable.

ugh. We were replacing our counter tops only. We paid Express Kitchens to send a "professional" measure to assure the counter tops would fit. We paid $1000 up front and waited three weeks for our "special order" counter tops. We were told the installer would arrive at 10 or 11 on 12/8. He showed up at 8am. As it turned out, the "professional" had not measured right, so two of the five pieces of counter top were installed and we were promised the rest would be installed 12/21. Two days before that we were given a new date of 1/3. Then they called to say the counter top had "arrived broken" and they would try to get a new one by the end of this week--which they will then have to cut to size and schedule yet another install date. Eventually, they got the pieces in place (more than a month after the original installation date), but gave us the wrong sink. Horrible experience all around. Stay far away.
