last and final update: the salesman who sold us the car showed up with the plates and put them onto the new car. way to save face CK. I'd buy a car from you again, but only if we didn't have to deal with the officer manager/finance guy....he needs to go.

Buying a car from Antonino shouldn't have to be this painful. The salesman was great. The office manager, another story. Wrong car listed on the purchase agreement. When we finally went in to sign the paperwork, the date listed on all the forms was incorrect, so we had to redo everything. They conveniently forgot to remove the VIN etch for $150 that we told them we weren't interested in. We had also asked for them not to put an Antonino decal on the back of the car; what a surprise when we picked the car up, there's the decal, which we had them remove. Then hubby drives the car home and realizes once he gets there, they forgot to put license plates on the car! Another call to the dealer and they promise they're on their way to our house with the plates. It's the end of the day, and so far, no plates. So we have a brand new car sitting in the garage that we can't drive yet because someone forgot to put plates on it....really? Can't wait for the call asking if we're satisfied

Had an issue with the built in GPS system on an MDX I bought from the dealership. Paid $150 just for them to tell me something was broken and that it would cost $3500 to get it fixed. After doing some research online I found a story about a lady with a similar problem who contacted Alpine Electronics in California where the system is designed. She sent her system from her car with a $184 check to the company who said if they could fix it they would and would cash in the check for the work, and if they couldn't then they would send it back broken with the check. I did the same and sure enough they fixed it for only the $184. I can't believe how stingy Antonino Acura! DO NOT GO TO THEIR DEALERSHIP
